$15 Fitness Fun-days!

If you have ever wanted to try out personal training, or if you are a current client of LFA and you want to add another day to your fitness schedule–$15 fitness fun-days are for you!

Fitness Fun-days will be at different times selected by us. Sign up below for email notifications of when they are occurring–Once we have your email address we can give you a 5 day notice so you can get in before the day “books” out. Once you get notified, you can book anytime between 6:00am-7:00pm with any trainer you want! Bring your $15, check or any major credit or debit card and we will give you the best $15 you have ever had!

The only catch is that you need to be willing to work out in a group–it’s that easy. (although it’s highly likely you will be by yourself)

LFA Summer Specials

Well, it is the “summer season” and we want to make sure you are ready. We have a deal for everyone, so don’t delay in reading this message.

Specials

Personal Training
1) Training between the hours of 11 am and 3 pm $45/session at gym on Music Row
*a 45 minute personal training session
* must be willing to join a group of up to 3 (only if needed or high demand for time slot)
*get a free meal replacement bar at each session

2) Get results through the summer
* buy 2 months of personal training get 1 FREE (of equal value)
*applies to 2x-3x per week (up to a $780 value)
*advance payment required
Example: If you purchase 2 months of training 2x per week, you will get a third month free, or you can take the value of the third month (8 sessions) and make it so you get to train more in your first 2 months. You can use the value of the third month at any time provided the schedule is available.

Boot Camp
* Unlimited Boot Camp $50/week
*if you do not want to commit to a month or will be in and out throught the summer
* as much as you can take!
* can choose from our different times and locations

Boot camp fitness classes are a new way to get your strength training workouts in while getting a great cardio workout as well. We do this by giving you some static exercises in groups of two or three but no more than four and then adding in a cardio exercise like jumping jacks, sprints, and jump work of all sorts. Doing this for 45 minutes is quite brutal even for the advanced athlete. That being said you can still do it no matter what your fitness level, this is possible because all of the exercises presented have an alternative or easier workout variation that can be done in its place.

Total Body Burnout
Pay in advance for 2 months get the 3rd 1/2 off.
*Plus a free protein or meal replacement bar at every class

It is a 2-day a week class for people ready to add muscle and get significantly toned.

In-home cooking party
$75, the meal will feed 8 (3 course meal) *

We come to your house and help you preapre a 3 course meal for you and your guests.

Catering
Healthy choices for your summer party
* you choose the items off our menu and buy them, or pay in advance for the groceries
* we come to your house, help you prepare the items, so you are ready for your event.
*$25/hr
