December Fitness Challenge

We have another fitness challenge for you and this one will only take a max of 12 minutes per day, and yet you will see definite strength gains!

Before you start the challenge, test yourself (just one time):
Do 1 minute each and see how many reps you can do of:
– situps
– pullups
– air squats

Then every day, do the challenge:
Week 1 (Dec 8-14):
1 minute plank
1 minute wall sit
1 minute towel lat pull

Week 2 (Dec 15-21):
2 minute plank
2 minute wall sit
2 minute towel lat pull

Week 3 (Dec 22-28):
3 minute plank
3 minute wall sit
3 minute towel lat pull

Week 4 (Dec 29-Jan 4):
4 minute plank
4 minute wall sit
4 minute towel lat pull

At the end of the 4 weeks, test yourself again and see how many reps you can do in 1 minute each of:
situps
pullups
air squats
