A new class is coming your way at LFA! All new kickboxing classes are available at LFA and the slots are wide open. Kickboxing is a sport, self-defense tactic, and an amazing conditioning work out. In this class we will be combining three different elements (technique, strength and conditioning training, as well as coordination and stability) to get you in the shape that you so desire. Also, don’t be surprised when you walk out holding yourself more upright and glowing with more confidence than you came here with. The focused pad and heavy bag work will increase the speed and accuracy of your punches and kicks. Tailored HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) will get your heart rate going and increase your stamina. And lastly, intense core conditioning and stability exercises will increase your overall balance and not to mention the abs that could possibly pop up out of nowhere! So the question we would like to ask you is, what’s not to love people? All of these amazing benefits and results in one high intensity class! Did I mention IT’S A BLAST?!
