“Bye Bye Birdie” - Killing many birds with just one stone!

Bye Bye Birdie!
1 ripe banana
1/8 avocado
1 handful spinach
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbs unsweetened all natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
2 shots of espresso
2 1/2 raw honey
1 tbs coconut sugar
4 oz milk (your choice)
1 large scoop of ice
Blend well and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
