Gluten-free Quinoa Brownies

Several of you have asked for this gluten-free quinoa brownie recipe that we were talking about. It is super easy to make and here is a brief video showing how easy it is. The ingredients are listed below. Have fun!

1 cup cooked quinoa
3-5 Tablespoons milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
6 Tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup unrefined cane sugar (Sucanat)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Prepare a buttered 8×8 baking dish. Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Add to baking dish and bake for apporximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
