I have a short list of supplements I feel are the “essentials” for health as well as some of my favorite ones that get me through the day. This list can be duplicated for you but that is assuming that you are healthy with no pressing health problems or medications.
1. My Hands down favorite is Primal Defense.
This makes me feel good after a bad meal or when I am out of town and feeling sluggish. I have this in powder form in my lovely smoothy every morning. It makes me feel like I can bench press the world…. Kind of.
2. Perfect Food Green Label
This is a concentrated green powder that is also available in a caplet. I feel like you can NEVER over do your greens and this will help you at least make it to your bare minimum if you are having trouble and exceed your minimum if you are doing ok with the green side of your diet.
3. Oceans 3 Cod Liver Oil
I like this one for brain function, joint support and it also helps my digestion. You know how good your omega 3-6 ratio can be if it’s right? Amazing, you should do some research on this you will be smarter for it.
